Oleuropein & Derivatives (Polyphenols of Olea europea)
Oleuropein (OLE) is a phenolic substance found in the pulp, stone and leaves of the olive tree. Twenty years of research at the University of Florence have shown that OLE has a number of positive effects in:
- ABiological activity, including the reduction of oxidative stress and inflammatory state.
- Active prevention in some diseases such as diabetes, cancer, neurodegeneration, and others.
We have studied and patented some specific applications of Oleuropein.
